Press mold [introduction inspection device] high-precision image dimension measuring instrument

Introducing a device that combines a tool microscope and a CNC image measuring instrument, allowing anyone to easily perform high-precision measurements!

Nagumo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has introduced a "High-Precision Image Dimension Measuring Instrument." This device combines a tool microscope and a CNC image measuring instrument, allowing anyone to easily perform high-precision measurements. It excels at measuring press samples and items that require repeated measurements, enabling stable measurements without the need for the skill of the measurer or the complicated settings required for 3D measuring instruments. Currently, we have received numerous inquiries for molds, and we have implemented this system to shorten the lead time for sample measurements. It is expected to measure in half the time of the conventional method. 【Inspection Device Information】 ■ Manufacturer: Keyence Corporation ■ Machine Type: High-Precision Image Dimension Measuring Instrument ■ Model: LM-1000/1100 ■ Axis Movement: x200 y100 ■ Repeatability: ±0.1–0.9μm ■ Measurement Accuracy: 0.7μm and above ■ Introduction Date: September 2021 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Resolving the inability to conduct inspections for items that require full inspection! *With materials attached.

Using our image dimension measuring device (KEYENCE: LM-1100), measure multiple objects placed on the stage all at once! *Up to 100 items can be measured at once.

We would like to introduce the full inspection (dimensions) that we conduct. Currently, inspectors are checking each dimension and shape one by one... The measured results are organized manually and created... We are addressing the challenge of being unable to conduct inspections for items that require full inspection. Since multiple objects placed on the stage can be measured at once (up to 100), it is not necessary to measure similar objects one by one, allowing for pass/fail judgment. The measurement results are automatically recorded, and result data creation is also supported. 【Features】 ■ Introduction of image dimension measuring device (KEYENCE: LM-1100) ■ No need to measure similar objects one by one, allowing for pass/fail judgment ■ Measurement results are automatically recorded, and result data creation is also supported *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
